UV Photography

My blog www.birdingimagequalitytool.blogspot.com is devoted to birding and photography. I have recently started delving into the amazing world of UV photography. Birds don't stay still for long and this is a big challenge for the traditional UV photographer. I am taking a different approach by using a Digital 8 camcorder with Night Shot capability. Simply slap on the incredible Baader-U filter, switch to Night Shot mode and Bob's your uncle! Warning! Never shine a UV lamp into your eyes and avoid prolonged skin exposure to UV. On the days when outdoor UV photography is at it's best, sun burn risk will also be at it's highest. Wear a good UVA/UVB sun factor and sun glasses. Enjoy! Comments welcome.
